How do I receive the password to the travel guides?
Once you’ve completed your purchase in the shop, you’ll receive an email with the link to download a small one page pdf. In the pdf you’ll see the password, as well as the direct link to the travel guide. Simply type in the password, and you’ll be able to see the travel guide right away.
Are the travel guides mobile friendly?
Yes, all of the text, photos, and illustrated maps are formatted for mobile, and the places mentioned are linked to open on Google Maps. If you have the Google Maps App, it will open the app, if not, it will open on your web browser. We also recommend browsing on your laptop for the full design experience.
Why a password protected website?
Instead of the travel guides as a giant PDF taking up space on your devices, we wanted a simple scrollable website version of it instead. We are still constantly making little updates to the guides, and with a private website travel guide, you are able to see each update right away.
What if I lose the password?
Our download links expire within 24 hours, but don’t worry, we can always re-send the password to you! Email us heyneighborhood.guide@gmail.com.
